Boutique Hosting
We describe OMD³ as a boutique hosting provider because we build and manage hosting environments around the requirements of individual businesses. It is a deliberate alternative to the standardized packages offered by many providers, and to the complexity of managing infrastructure directly on a large cloud platform.
Boutique does not mean small or limited in capability. For us, it means taking responsibility for understanding the application, the people using it, and the systems needed to keep it available. Solutions can range from a single hosted service to virtual servers, applications, desktops, and the networks connecting them.
Personal Attention
Customers and their IT consultants work directly with experienced technical staff. The people helping plan a solution are familiar with the infrastructure that runs it, and remain involved as requirements change. That continuity matters when a business depends on a service every day.
Solutions That Fit
A standard hosting plan is useful when requirements are standard. Not every workload is. We can adapt computing resources, operating systems, networking, firewall policies, VPN connectivity, and supporting services to suit the actual environment rather than force the environment to fit a preset product list.
Professionally Managed Infrastructure
Personal service must be supported by dependable systems. Our approach combines virtualization, redundant infrastructure, and ongoing administration to maintain service availability and enable maintenance with minimal disruption. We work with both Microsoft and Linux platforms and with commercial and open-source software.
Working Together
Some clients come to us through independent IT consultants; others work with us directly. In either case, the goal is the same: reliable hosting with clear responsibilities, practical technical decisions, and no unnecessary layers between the customer and the people operating the systems.
